Nearly Perfect Jul 28, 2008
By Phillip Censky
"Avid Consumer"
I have been using this Ogio bag for 3 months on a daily basis. Overall it is a fantastic gym bag with perfect compartment space:
-One zipper pocket has room for shoes, but there's also room in the pocket for socks, a belt and underwear if I want.
-The opposite side pocket is a the perfect size for my shower kit consisting of a body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a body sponge
-I use the front pocket to store my iPod and heart rate monitor. The front pocket has mesh storage, perfect for keeping a wallet, keys and cell phone.
-Center storage is good for a shirt and jeans as well as a shaving kit.
I admit I have no use for the special MP3 pocket. I really don't need to listen to music as I walk into and out of the gym, but I won't dock points for features I don't need.
My only complaints:
-I've pinched my hand in the plastic handle. It's much easier to open and close than those velcro enclosures, but exercise caution when carrying so you don't get pinched between the two sides of plastic.
-The bag is a little too wide for my locker, so I generally stand it up on end. Again, this one is me-centric, so I'm not docking stars, just FYI. If it was a little slimmer, it would be fantastic.
Despite my 2 minor complaints, I would not hesitate to buy this Ogio bag again. Quality construction and thoughtful design make this bag a good value.

a perfect little bag Mar 07, 2008
By Audrey Mullejans I ride the bus so I do not have a car to "store" my gym clothes while I am in class or at work. This little bag is just right. I love the side compartments; the one for my shoes is nice because I don't have to wear sneakers all day, and it keeps the dirt and whatnot from the track away from my clothes, the other compartment easily holds my shampoo/conditioner/hair make up stuff. The main compartment has plenty space; I could easily fit in several days of workout clothes and still have plenty of room for a towel. Lastly, the front is perfect for holding all my whatnots (gym card, keys, mp3 player, hair ties, post workout shacks...).
Anyways, this a great bag, and definitely a keeper in my books.

The best gym bag I've ever owned Nov 26, 2009
By TW Renovator Before I purchased this bag, I read all or most of the reviews for it. I couldn't find much, in the way of negativity about it, other than a few people who complained about the 2 piece handle. I have no idea why they would complain about the handle design. It's ingenious. The two piece handle interlocks and doesn't come apart unless you want it to. It's comfortable to carry, and I can't see "pinching yourself", unless you're holding it unclipped. One handle slides into the other, thereby interlocking them together, and you can't tell, by feel, that they're not as one. Incredible design, function and feel, and made of a top quality plastic that should last the life of the bag.
As others have said, the bag has more cargo room than you would expect. The one side pouch has enough room for your sneakers and used clothes because it expands into the center area when needed. The zippers are absolutely top quality and should never give you any problems down the line, as a cheap zipper system would. The extra shoulder strap works well, and the bag has individual air holes in each compartment to allow constant recirculation of fresh air into each area. I've never seen so much thought or design go into a product which, by category of use, serves such a simple purpose. I'd buy this bag again and again, although with it's 30 year warranty, I don't believe I'll have to....
Couldn't be happier with it's design, use, or style.

awesome gym bag Feb 08, 2008
By Brian W This bag is perfect. Just bought it, has a very solid, quality feel to it. I use this bag with an 'eagle creek 15" fold-it' pack to bring all of my work clothes to they gym in the morning. It fits everything I need and has a separate shoe compartment which is very convenient. The fold it pack is just slim enough for the bag at 10" so I can bring my work clothes, work out, shower, and dress in clean, unwrinkled garb very conveniently. Or I can do this in reverse order after work. There's enough room in the bag for a pair of work out clothes and comfortable after work clothes.

Perfect for my needs! Jul 01, 2009
By S. Ng This bag is GREAT! I did a lot of reading / researching before settling on this bag and this bag turns out to be as good as the advertising described. High workmanship quality to this bag. The size is very good, I actually can fit in about 4 to 5 changes of cloths in here. The separate air-holed shoe carriage compartment is a great idea so I no longer have to mix in my stinky shoes with my clothes. THe shoulder strap is comfortable, but perhaps the only point I would take off is for the plastic clasp handles. They are sometimes hard to work with, especially if you just want to grab the handles and run. However, I do like the handle's "locking" mechanism. All in all, this is a very great bag for this price. It cannot be beat!
